Overview: This page serves as a sample for our refund and return policy, which extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to offer a complete refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain goods, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from return.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, Setup software, and some health and personal care items. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Please avoid returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:

Books with evident signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts unrelated to our error
Returns exceeding 30 days after delivery
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a designated timeframe.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: Gifted items will be credited based on the marked value if shipped directly to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
